Four-row tapered roller bearings, TQI design

Type TQIT bearings have a tapered bore that is matched and continuous through the inner races. This allows for an interference fit on the backup rolls of high-speed mills, where a loose inner race fit of a straight bore bearing could cause excessive neck wear. The indirect mounting of the bearing pairs increases the overall effective spread of the bearing, providing optimum stability and roll rigidity. Design Attributes: Two tapered-bore single cones, one tapered-bore double cone, four single cups and three cup spacers. Front faces of single cones and both faces of double cone are extended to contact each other. Tapered cone bores are matched for continuous taper through the cones. Lubrication delivered through three cup spacers. Preset, matched assemblies, serial numbered to assure correct installation.

The performance of the four-row tapered roller bearing is basically the same as that of the double-row tapered roller bearing, but the radial load is greater than that of the double-row tapered roller
Four row cylindrical roller bearings

Four-row cylindrical roller bearings are used almost exclusively for the roll necks of rolling mill stands, calenders and roller presses. Because they are normally mounted with an interference fit on the roll neck, four-row cylindrical roller bearings are well suited for rolling mill applications where the rolling speed is high. Because four-row cylindrical roller bearings can accommodate only radial loads, they are mounted together with deep groove or angular contact ball bearings, or with tapered roller bearings (either radial or thrust design) which accommodate the axial loads. FV four-row cylindrical roller bearings are available in several designs: 1. with a cylindrical or tapered bore. 2.open or sealed.
Spherical roller bearings（I.D. 300~1320 mm）

Spherical roller bearings have double-row rollers, the outer ring has a common spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways that are inclined at an angle relative to the bearing axis. This ingenious structure makes it have self-aligning performance, so it is not easily affected by the angle of the shaft and the bearing box seat on the error or the shaft bending and is suitable for occasions where the installation part is likely to cause angle errors. In addition to being able to withstand radial loads, the bearing can also withstand bidirectional axial loads. Spherical roller bearings have cylindrical and conical bores. The taper of the conical bore is 1:30 and 1:12. This conical bore bearing is equipped with an adapter sleeve or a withdrawal sleeve. The tapered inner hole self-aligning bearing can be easily and quickly assembled on the optical shaft or the stepper shaft. Spherical roller bearings have a wide range of uses, mainly used in: papermaking machinery, reduction gears, railway vehicles, rolling mill gearboxes and bearing box, rolling mill rolls, crushers, vibrating screens, printing machinery, woodworking machinery, and other industries.
Backing bearings ( Back-up bearings )

FV backing bearings are available in many designs and variants. The main assortment is based on double or three-row cylindrical roller bearings. Single row needle roller bearing and double row tapered roller bearing designs are also available. Backing bearings have been specially developed for cold rolling mills of the cluster type, but can also be used for other applications, such as straightening or bending machines. These bearings have a particularly thick-walled outer ring and can be mounted on stationary support shafts to form backup or straightening rolls. We shows the arrangement of the backing bearings on the eight support shafts of a 20-roll mill.
Screw-down bearings (Rolling Mill Bearing)

FV offers two types of screw down bearings – types TTHDSV and TTHDSX. Both types consist of a full roller complement design without a conventional bore. Screw down tapered thrust bearings offer the highest capacity of the v-flat bearing types, but at a reduced speed capability.
Double direction tapered roller thrust bearings

FV double direction tapered roller thrust bearings (Bilateral double-row thrust tapered roller bearings) can form axial compact bearing configuration.The kind of bearings can endure very heavy axial load, not sensitive to impact load with good rigidity.
Main Bearings for Wind Turbines

FV rounds off its slewing bearing portfolio for wind turbines by including main bearings that are suitable for use in wind turbines with a capacity of 2 MW and upwards.
